Note: Broga takes its name from the River Broga which runs through the area. The name Broga is believed to be derived from Buragas, a mythical beast that lives in the forest. Broga was mentioned by Freddie Spencer Chapman in his book, The Jungle is Neutral, to be a location where British-backed rebels fought against the Japanese during World War II.

Healthy Hobby - Mountain Hiking

Dear Friends,

My wife, Annie, and myself joined Kim Sing and team for a beginner hiking trip at "APeh" hill near Cheras recently. It was quite enjoyable and refreshing trip, and it has started us off our interest on hiking.

Apparently, this is a weekly affair for the team and scheduled for Sunday morning if time permits. It normally starts from 8am and complete by noon. It is a very healthy exercise and we all love it!

Reunion 2012 - What a wonderful occasion.....!!!

Quick update, we had a memorable day yesterday with our beloved ex teachers Mrs Caroline Lee, Ms Tan and Dato' Seri Ong TK joining us, and our ex classmates coming as far as from Singapore, Pontian, Simpang Renggam, Kota Tinggi and Melaka!!

Most of us stayed up beyond 11pm before leaving the venue reluctantly. All of us enjoyed this precious day out, meeting and renewing our friendship and acquaintances!!
